Contractions

The lightning more frequent
I feel the rain
As the labor continues
so does the birthing pains
In a world that is restless
Daily we lose sleep
Driven on by desire
we are left breathless
Ignoring the cries of
our soul
As the flood continues
on the streets
The smells of defilement
leave an awful stench
No matter how much we bath
purity forever side benched
When does one realize he is empty
and not whole
As the contractions deepen
so does the race for our souls

End of Days

Tick Tock echoes the clock
In an age going so fast
Spiritually we are slow
Morally bankrupt
Screaming "Where did God go?"
We have given away our power
Hours no longer delay
The devil has formed a playground
Around the clock he continues to play
Faster and faster we go now
How do we even slow down
Time is running out
Let the blind open their eyes
Soon you will realize
Corruption continues breeding
contempt and despise

Wild Olives

Wrapped in your arms of love
I rest right here
When the storms of the world are raging
there is none to fear
Cast away my worried and my faults will
disappear
Surrounded by peace
Yeshua, dries away my tears
Biding time in a land far from home
Although we walk with no one
We stand not alone
In a world of corruption no one left to
cast the first stone
One day the hold of evil will be shackled
and overthrown
On my knees I pray for the
strength of Israel
El Rachum remember your promise
restore hope for those whom fell
Let us walk amongst the wild
olives on the narrow trail
With praise and triumph
let hatred bid farewell

Pour Down

Although it's all I've ever known
You can hardly call this place a home
I refuse to stay behind in the comforts of my pain
Reaching out to you Lord, pull me from this disdain
I am barely breathing,
Kept alive it's you love I'm receiving

Pour down on me
Wash away the pain
that continues to stain

Pour down on me
Bring forth light out of darkness
It's your face I wish to see
Jesus, pour down on me

I am lost in sleep and cannot wake
Misplaced in the world how much more
can I take
Traveled down a road that's bee trampled on
Lost and lonely can you help me belong
Drenched in water, soaking wet
Envelope me Lord, to make me forget

Pour down on me
Wash away the pain
that continues to stain

Pour down on me
Bring forth light out of darkness
it's your face I wish to see
Jesus pour down on me

Drenched in water, soaking wet
Envelope me Lord, to make me forget

The Continuous Drip

Rain keeps falling and I don't know why
How could I ever keep those tears from your eyes
Beaten down by deceptions and tongue twisting lies
Crying baby give me one more try
Divine inspirations
Late night conversations
Overwhelmed by tingling sensations
No one there buy you and me
Sitting by a lake the only view we see
Walking on the platform holding hands
How you never let me drown I could never understand
Thinking of days of innocence my breath starts to slow
People often wonder why I left you where did you go
It wasn't that you were imperfect, your just not the one for me
Even though I broke you heart, it was mine broken don't you see
Through my eyes another tear beings to slip
I am lost and lonely in the continuous drip
